Your IC-DISC Partner
Export Advisors partners with privately-held U.S. exporters to increase their after-tax income through the IC-DISC program. From Houston, Texas, we've helped hundreds of clients save more than $100 million in taxes since 2006.
Founded by David Spray, with proprietary programs, processes, and systems that deliver unparalleled IC-DISC expertise to exporters nationwide.
How the IC-DISC Works
The IC-DISC is an incentive program for exporters, part of the Internal Revenue Code since 1971. It generates tax savings through the spread between dividend tax rates and ordinary tax rates.
Tax Code Incentive
The IC-DISC is a legitimate U.S. tax incentive that has been part of the Internal Revenue Code since 1971, designed to encourage American exports and reward companies that sell products overseas.
Rate Spread Savings
The IC-DISC earns income that would otherwise be taxable to the exporter at ordinary rates. By routing qualified export income through an IC-DISC, the tax rate drops to the lower dividend rate.
Privately-Held Exporters
If your company exports more than $3 million annually in U.S.-manufactured products and is privately held, you likely qualify. A typical client saves $100,000+ per year in net tax savings after all fees.

The IC-DISC benefits any privately-held company exporting U.S. products. We work across industries, from scrap metal and precious metals to aerospace, agriculture, and manufacturing.
Scrap & Recycling Exporters
Ferrous, non-ferrous, and secondary commodities. U.S.-sourced scrap naturally qualifies. High export volumes mean substantial savings.
IC-DISC for scrap exporters →Precious Metals Exporters
Gold, silver, platinum, and PGMs. Extremely high per-unit values mean outsized IC-DISC benefits for refiners, traders, and fabricators.
IC-DISC for precious metals →Aircraft Parts Exporters
MRO components, avionics, engine parts, and aerospace aftermarket products. High-value components mean significant IC-DISC savings.
IC-DISC for aircraft parts →Agriculture Exporters
Grain, oilseeds, cotton, livestock genetics, and processed food. U.S. ag products inherently qualify for the IC-DISC.
IC-DISC for agriculture →Commodity Exporters
Minerals, chemicals, timber, and energy products. High-volume commodity exports are exactly where the IC-DISC shines.
IC-DISC for commodities →Manufacturers
Finished goods, components, and industrial equipment. If it's made in America and shipped overseas, the IC-DISC likely applies.
